Bug Infestations! PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!
If you have an infestation of roaches, you MUST bomb the home (at least twice) 24-48 hours prior to booking. For infestation of bed bugs, please seek a professional pest control company to take the precautions/steps of eliminating before booking cleaning services. If any infestations are discovered during cleaning, the cleaning will be terminated and the customer will have to reschedule. Deposit if NON-REFUNDABLE.

After services are rendered from ANY bug infestations, there will be an extra fee of $100.00 added to the original price of cleaning.
When booking appointments, please specify if there is a particular area that you would not like to be cleaned, or that you'd like added to the cleaning. *Pricing will change. **Also,the time of cleaning can vary based on how much attention is needed in an area.**
